The child who is dysregulated and pushes us away the most is the child who needs connection more than anything.
In this webinar I will talk you through why connecting with your child makes such a difference but also why at times it can be the hardest thing to do.
Some children go into fight/ flight or freeze more easily than others when their nervous systems are dysregulated.Connecting more with your child can help with this. We will discuss the importance of the vagus nerve and how the social nervous system when activated can help bring more calm, safety and connection.
I will share my personal experiences with you and give you some practical tips for how to re-connect with your child.
